Processing Time
All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your USPS tracking information.
Shipping Time
All orders are shipped via USPS.
After processing, packages typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
Customers are solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Ilayia The Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or reroute the delivery address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Ilayia The Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been accepted and scanned by USPS.
Once tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Customers experiencing delivery issues must contact USPS directly and file any necessary claims or investigations with the carrier.
Ilayia The Label does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by USPS.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all stated processing and shipping timelines, Ilayia The Label is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
